David Allen
Chief Operating Officer
As founder of reactpharma, David has played a fundamental role in the company’s continued development and success, overseeing its assured progress from a national supplier to a major international operation. A Fellow of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain, where he has served as both Vice President and Treasurer, David is a leading voice for the continuation of high professional standards within the pharmaceutical industry and profession. His passion for training and personal development within the Company has led to its continued success.
Heema Chandarana
Senior Account Manager
Heema has been with the company for more than eight years, building up an impressive and loyal customer base within the UK pharmacy, dispensary and wholesale sectors. Her background in logistics and shipping has been invaluable, helping to ensure that deliveries are accurate and timely for our customers. Her language skills have been of particular benefit within the Asian market.
Matthew Lewis
Senior Commercial Executive
Matthew has an excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical market having worked as an account manager within the industry. He joined the team at reactpharma in 2006 and has expanded his role to encompass both export sales and wholesale procurement.
Karen Prentice
Export Executive
Karen joined the reactpharma team in March 2007 having worked over 20 years as a customer services executive in a large Pharmaceutical company. She understands the importance of providing excellent customer service and the steps required in order to achieve this. In her role dealing with export tenders she is able to ensure tender deadlines are met and our quote meets with our customer’s expectations.
Allison Bangs
Credit Controller
Allison has been with the Company since 1997. Prior to this she had been involved in all aspects of accountancy in a variety of industries. Allison has helped reactpharma grow into the successful company it is today by ensuring that the accounts of our suppliers and customers are handled efficiently and in a friendly manner.
Bonnie Sharp
Accounts Officer
Bonnie joined the reactpharma team in 2004 after working in the City for 19 years. She 'cut her teeth' in Credit Control for two commodity brokers before joining merchant bank Robert Fleming at 'Big Bang' and switching to Corporate Foreign Exchange and Deposit/Loan Dealing.
Ray Clarke
Warehouse Manager
Ray has been a member of the reactpharma team since 2002. He is responsible for processing customer orders in the warehouse, loading and unloading vehicles with the forklift and personal deliveries using the Company's own transport. Ray is the Fire Officer at reactpharma. Prior to joining the Company, Ray was with the Bank of England for 25 years as a security cleared VIP driver and warehouseman. He is an Advanced Driver and has an HGV1 licence. Customer care has, and always will be, an utmost priority for Ray.
Chris Mills
Warehouse Logistics
Chris is the newest member of our Warehouse Team having joined the company early in 2007. He has worked in warehousing for many years, including 11 years at Oce and 8 years for Linens Direct. Chris is used to working to strict guidelines and has enjoyed transferring his skills to the pharmaceutical industry.

David joined the ADAllen Pharma Warehouse team in March 2008. He brings with him 8 years experience in Engineering and Warehouse Logistics including working for the Bank of England and Thames Water. David has always worked in environments where attention to detail is of the utmost importance which will prove invaluable to his work at reactpharma.
