Customers tell us that accuracy is the most important factor in choosing a materials supplier. To guarantee our service, we constantly measure our performance against the three parameters of accuracy, reliability and responsiveness through customer feedback:
- After each delivery we ask our customers to complete a simple five question survey relating to the product, the delivery and the documentation
- These surveys show that over the last two years we have achieved over 97% conformance with customer requirements, compared with 70-85% conformance for wholesalers as a whole
